Additionally, cleanliness issues are rampant; locker rooms and showers are often disgusting, reeking of urine or mold, and are frequently left uncleaned. The gym itself appears neglected with torn floor mats in the Group X room, hairballs in exercise areas, and non-functional sinks emitting sewage-like odors. Despite its high membership fees, it falls short on delivering a proper 24-hour experience, closing facilities like the men's shower at specific times for cleaning but failing to address these issues adequately. The gym's management seems disinterested in addressing these critical concerns, leading members to question their commitment to maintaining the facility.
