My Local Sauna is a directory of public saunas, banyas, bathhouses, jjimjilbangs, and infrared studios in the United States. It is published by Clouds & Cactus LLC, 1910 Thomes Ave, Cheyenne, WY 82001.
City pages and the main directory include rooms whose business is heat. Gyms, massage studios, cryotherapy shops, and yoga rooms stay out of those lists, even when the word sauna appears in a longer name. A cabin next to a weight floor is a different product from a bathhouse, and mixing them makes both pages useless.
Descriptions and guest notes are summaries of public listings and reviews. They are not a claim that we sat in that room. Hours are printed as we have them. A single range such as “9 am–9:30 pm” is not turned into a fake weekly schedule.
Prices come from each venue's own website. We read the public pricing, admission, and booking pages, and a classification model picks which listed amount is a single visit or a monthly membership, then checks that choice a second time. Only a dollar amount printed on the venue's page is shown, with the quote, the source link, and the date it was checked. If a venue does not publish a price, we leave the field empty rather than guess.
The default order prefers rooms that enough people have already reviewed, then a rating that accounts for how many reviews sit behind the stars. Featured placement, when it exists, will be labeled and kept out of that order.
A correction, a missing plunge, a wrong hour: write to [email protected]. Owners who want a price, a photo, or a booking link on a listing can use the same address.
